Enterprise Library 5 is just around the corner and expected to be released about the same time as Visual Studio 2010.
At the PnPSummit, Grigori Melnik and Bob Brumfield presented a preview of Enterprise Library 5. You'll see:

- New Configuration Editor and Fluent Interface for Enterprise Library Configuration
- Wizards for Handling Common Configuration Scenarios
- Container Enhancements Like EnterpriseLibraryContainer.Current
