Per the Web Service Software Factory Team at Microsoft Patterns & Practices:
"This release represents the final CTP of the Service Factory: Modeling Edition. As you may have noticed from the updated status, we were not able to release a Host model that has the same user experience as the Service Contract model and the Data Contract model. We think what we have included is usable, but more importantly, the underlying model is still there for anyone wishing to put their own designer in place of what we will release. Please have a look and give us your feedback. We may not have the time to incorporate all of your feedback before the final release at the end of the month, but it can certainly be applied after the release or in a subsequent release..."
