If you are interested in developing web client applications using the new release of the Web Client Software Factory for Visual Studio 2010, Microsoft Patterns & Practices released the beta source code on CodePlex on April 2, 2010.
Per CodePlex:
"The Web Client Software Factory 2010 provides an integrated set of guidance that assists architects and developers in creating web client applications. This release is for Visual Studio 2010 and contains the Web Client Software Factory 2010 source code.
Requirement for the Source Build
- Visual Studio 2010 RC: Ultimate, Premium, or Professional
- Visual Studio 2010 Software Development Kit (SDK) RC
- Guidance Automation Extensions (GAX) 2010 RC (availabe from Visual Studio Gallery)
- Guidance Automation Toolkit (GAT) 2010 RC (availabe from Visual Studio Gallery)
- .NET Framework 3.5 required for running Reference Implementations and Quick Starts"

Once Visual Studio 2010 is released, we should see a number of Microsoft Patterns & Practices Projects being released soon after, including Enterprise Library 5 and Unity 2.
