Mindscape just released LightSpeed 2.2, which now has support for Stored Procedures, DynamicData, Amazon SimpleDB, multiple views per entity, and enhanced designer features. LightSpeed is becoming more and more of a LINQ To SQL Killer everyday, with support for multiple databases, better visual designer with roundtripping support, integrated validation, better eager loading techniques through aggregates, etc.
If you had a chance to see my presentation at Tampa SQL Saturday on SQL Server Data Access Tips & Techniques, you got to see a little bit of LightSpeed with the Stored Procedure Support that was available then as a developer preview in the nightly builds.
