Guidance Bundles - Web Client Software Factory
The Microsoft patterns & practices team is changing the way they deliver functionality as part of the Web Client Software Factory. They are providing guidance bundles that focus on a particular feature. Two guidance bundles have been provided to date: Autocomplete Guidance Bundle and Validation Guidance Bundle.
A Guidance Bundle can contain any type of guidance:
- Source code: QuickStarts and related artifacts.
- Binaries: Application block binaries required by the QuickStarts.
- Written documentation: QuickStarts and How-To topics.
- Guidance Package: Visual Studio Automation
- Reference Implementation: Applications showing guidance in real-world scenarios.
